Currently based just a few minutes from the Sussex County Hospital in Kemptown Brighton, Mala has been working with complementary therapies since 1994. She currently offers Reiki Healing, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Seated Acupressure Massage (On-site Massage), Deep Tissue Massage,  Reflexology and pregnancy treatments.

Originating from South India she has spent time there and in New Zealand, Thailand and Egypt learning new massage techniques and further developing her innate intuitive ability.

She has attended courses in advanced reflexology including the use of reflexology for pregnancy and other complex conditions. She works one day a week at the Sussex Multiple Sclerosis Treatment Centre.

Mala also provides holistic hen weekends and indian head massage courses.
